Kellie's Castle, Perak (27.11.09)

Perched on a lonely ridge near the town of Batu Gajah, 30 minutes drive from Ipoh. This ruins was built by a Scottish rubber tycoon, William Kellie Smith during the late 19th century but was never completed as Smith left for England halfway through its construction and succumbed to pneumonia, dying at the age of 56. Admission fee RM4 for adult and RM2 for children.
